1. Once you’ve submitted a ticket, you can reply in two ways:

    • Reply to the Freshdesk confirmation email about your ticket, or reply to any emails you may receive from the agent (Jen, Amy, Matt, Krista or Janice) working on your ticket

    • Log in to Freshdesk, view your tickets and reply in the portal.

  2. When an agent replies to the ticket, your ticket will be updated and you will be notified via email.
