1.   
    • Log in using your Tech email and Freshdesk password.

     
    • To submit a new ticket, click “New support ticket,” and proceed with filling out the form. You will be able to choose either Design Request, Editing Request, Logo File Request or Website Request.

     
    • Click “Submit” when finished.

     
    • You will receive an email notification with a URL that will allow you to check the status of and communicate about the ticket.
