Once you’ve created an account, visit ttm.freshdesk.com.
Log in using your Tech email and Freshdesk password.
To submit a new ticket, click “New support ticket,” and proceed with filling out the form. You will be able to choose either Design Request, Editing Request, Logo File Request or Website Request.
Click “Submit” when finished.
- You will receive an email notification with a URL that will allow you to check the status of and communicate about the ticket.
