Once you’ve communicated with Krista Thomas and/or filled out a Freshdesk request, we ask you to provide an initial draft of content for your materials in a Google doc (not in a Word doc, email or piece of paper). Please submit the link to the Google doc on your Freshdesk request, and also share it with Jeff Gire and Krista. To avoid confusion, please include only finalized details on this Google doc, and if any information is missing, let us know when it will be available.
The content you provide will be edited and, in some cases, rewritten. Don’t take it personally — it’s our job to ensure everything we say is on brand, clear, consistent, concise and compelling. At the same time, if we’ve inadvertently edited an error into your text, or if you have questions about our approach, we welcome a discussion.
We are a collaborative group and are counting on you to help us understand your objectives. The Media + Community team retains final sign-off on all projects.
